Downstage Systems LLC ("Downstage", "we") runs this website and makes the Downstage apps. This page says what we collect, who handles it, and how to reach us.

Website analytics

We use Plausible Analytics to see how the site is used: which pages are visited, where visitors came from, their country and device type, which links and buttons are clicked, how far pages are scrolled, and which downloads and forms are used. We never record what you type. It sets no cookies and does not identify you, and we only see totals.

Email list

If you join our waitlist or email list, your email address is kept with our email provider, MailerLite, so we can write to you about Downstage products. Every email has an unsubscribe link, or you can ask us to remove you.

Downloads and app updates

Our apps are downloaded from GitHub, and apps that check for updates ask GitHub for the latest release. GitHub handles those requests under its own privacy statement. This website is also hosted by GitHub.

Orders

When we take orders, payment is handled by Stripe. We receive what we need to fill the order, such as your name, shipping address and email, and we never see your full card number.

What we don't do

We don't sell your information or use advertising trackers on this site.

Questions
