Downstage One

The show clock, with Companion onboard. Two HDMI outputs, and every browser on the network becomes a timer view.

Meet the lights.

Two shapes of one light. The Cue Mini sends all its light forward, for the brightest face on a camera, a monitor or a lectern. The Cue 360 spreads it round a frosted tower, for a light the whole room can see. Both join your WiFi and follow Bitfocus Companion, and the Hex plugs into either one for the presenter.

Questions about ordering.

When can I buy one?
Soon. Pre-orders for the Cue Mini, the Cue 360 and the Hex talent light open once the lights finish their certification. Join the waitlist and we will email you the day they open. When you pre-order, you can cancel any time before your order ships for a full refund. Meet the lights.
Cue Mini or Cue 360?
Choose by where people look at it from. If they face it straight on, like a camera operator, a presenter at a monitor or a speaker at a lectern, take the Cue Mini: all its light goes forward, so it is the brighter of the two face on. If they come at it from every side, like talent on a set or a stage manager's desk in a busy room, take the Cue 360: its tower glows all the way round. Otherwise they are the same light, with the same button, number tags, Hex port and setup.
What does the Hex plug into?
The port beside the USB-C on a Cue Mini or a Cue 360, on its own cable. It shows that light's tally for the presenter: red on air, green in preview. It can also show red only, or follow a Companion button of its own in any colour. It has no WiFi or setup of its own, and it runs on the power of the light it plugs into.
What if it isn't right for my show?
Cancel a pre-order any time before it ships for a full refund. Once it arrives, you have 30 days to send it back in working condition for a refund; you pay the shipping on a return. Every light is covered by our one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship; if one fails, we repair or replace it, and we send you a prepaid label to ship it to us. Email hello@downstage.systems.
What powers them?
USB-C, on the Cue Mini and the Cue 360: a USB-C charger or a power bank. Some camera USB ports cannot supply enough power, so check yours before the show. The Hex runs from the light it plugs into, so give that light a charger rated for both. The lights have no battery: they run on USB power only.
